1. The product has been registered on the official website www.uprime.id within 30 days of purchase
2. You have the original purchase receipt
3. The product has damage that falls within the warranty coverage
4. The manufacturer's terms of use have not been violated

All products submitted for a claim will first be inspected by our technical team. If the product qualifies for warranty coverage:

The product will be repaired, or the damaged component replaced, at no cost, in accordance with our policy. If it does not qualify, the claim will be rejected and the customer will be officially informed of the reason.
